1. Process: the original bamboo - take the material saw off - cut bamboo - cut open the film set the width of the wire - bleach - drying - cut - length - polished - tidy - sharpening - packing - storage.
1.工艺流程：原竹--取料锯断--切竹--剪开薄膜定宽--漂白--烘干--切长--抛光--整理----磨尖--包装--入库

2. The following 10, the production of two-side sharp toothpicks, 8 hours output of 600,000 pcs, about 80 kg. Need mechanical workers 5 to 7, men and women are not limited. Power use 380V industrial electricity,the normal production of electricity consumption per hour about 12 degrees.
2.生产两头尖牙签，8小时产量60万支，约80公斤。需要机械工人5至7名，男女不限。电源采用380V工业用电，正常生产每小时耗电量约12度。


Specification:  规格说明：

The Bamboo Toothpick Production Line is used for two heads pointed bamboo toothpicks. (we also have single head pointed toothpick & one head with flower one head pointed etc )
竹牙签生产线用于生产双头尖竹牙签。(我们也有单头尖牙签和一头带花一头尖等）

The normal size of the toothpicks is diameter 2.0mm   the length 65mm( diameter & length can be made according customer requirements, pleas tell us the size in advance)
牙签的标准尺寸是直径2.0毫米，长度65毫米（直径和长度可以根据客户需求定制，请提前告诉我们的尺寸）
