A crankshaft that fails to turn when the rig is started is a mechanical failure.

① Poor meshing of the starter and flywheel teeth. The tooth ring and the starter gear will collide when starting the engine, resulting in damage to the teeth or wear on one side of the teeth. If more than three consecutive teeth are damaged or badly worn, the starter gear and ring teeth will be difficult to mesh.
② Sticky cylinders. Engine temperature is too high when the engine stops and stalls, the heat is difficult to dissipate, the high temperature of the piston ring and cylinder adhesion, after cooling can not start.
③ Crankshaft locking. Due to the lubrication system failure or lack of oil caused by the sliding bearing dry friction, so that ultimately hold the crankshaft and can not start.
