Cause:

Centerline of pump shaft and motor shaft are not centered.

Shaft bent

Worn bearings

Pump cavitation

Wear of rotating and fixed parts

Rotating part out of balance

Clogging of pipes or pump with debris

Closed inlet valve

Solve the problem:

Calibrate alignment

Replace shaft with new one

Replace bearings

Check with factory

Overhaul pump or improve usage

Examine cause and try to eliminate

Check drain

Open inlet valve and adjust outlet valve
