Description of Bamboo Toothpick Making Machine

Introduction:
1. Process: the original bamboo - take the material saw off - cut bamboo - cut open the film set the width of the wire - bleach - drying - cut - length - polished - tidy - sharpening - packing - storage.

2. This toothpick production line 8 hours output of 600,000 pcs toothpicks, about 80 kg. Need 5 to 7 mechanical workers. Use power 380V electricity, the normal production of electricity consumption about 12 degrees per hour .


Specification:
The Bamboo Toothpick Production Line is used for two heads pointed bamboo toothpicks. (we also have single head pointed toothpick & one head with flower one head pointed etc )

The normal size of the toothpicks is diameter 2.0mm   the length 65mm( diameter & length can be made according customer requirements, pleas tell us the size in advance)
