Introduction:
This Bamboo toothpick making machine includes 10 units of items machine, can produce 800,000 pieces of toothpicks in 8 hours. If you want to increase production capacity, you can add the item flexibly.
Process: the original bamboo - take the material saw off - cut bamboo - cut open the film set the width of the wire - bleach - drying - cut - length - polished - tidy - sharpening - packing - storage.
Specification:
The Bamboo Toothpick Production Line is used for two heads pointed bamboo toothpicks. (we also have single head pointed toothpick & one head with flower one head pointed etc )
The normal size of the toothpicks is diameter 2.0mm the length 65mm( diameter & length can be made according customer requirements, pleas tell us the size in advance)
We also have wood toothpick process machine ,if need,please contact us.
